CASIA Iris Image Database

        CASIA Iris Image Database Version 3 (CASIA-IrisV3) includes three subsets which are labeled as CASIA-IrisV3-Interval, CASIA-IrisV3-Lamp and CASIA-IrisV3-Twins. Different characteristics of the iris image subsets make it possible to study specific research issues of iris recognition, such as robustness of iris recognition against illumination changes, iris recognition of twins, etc.

• Size of Database: 22,051 images
• Class Information: More than 700 subjects
• Sensor: Self-developed iris sensor and a hand held iris camera produced by OKI.

　　NLPR Handwriting Database

          Handwriting Database No. 1 includes the text-dependent handwriting contributed by 40 people, each of whom has written 10 times.

• Image type: binary Composition: 400 pieces (40 people, 10 pieces each)
• Device for Data Collection: Wacom PL-400 digital tablet (workspace area: 27.2*20.3 sq. cm,
• LCD resolution: 1024*768 pixels)

           Handwriting Database No. 2 includes the text-independent handwriting contributed by 17 people, and the handwriting has been scanned into computer in binary format.

• Image type: binary
• Composition: Chinese handwriting from 17 people, approximately 400 characters each
• Device for Data Collection: scanner (resolution: 100 dpi)
